We are honored to share that West Valley Women Veterans has been awarded a microgrant from Honoring America's Veterans!
This investment in our organization will help us strengthen our digital presence, making it easier for women veterans across the Greater Phoenix area and throughout Arizona to discover our community, learn about our programs and events, and take that first step toward connection.
Why Connection for Veterans Matters:
Military service creates lifelong bonds, but for many women veterans, finding that same sense of connection after leaving the military isn't always easy. Too often, women veterans don't realize there are communities created specifically for them, or they struggle to find spaces where they feel seen, understood, and supported.
That's why West Valley Women Veterans exists.
We believe connection is about more than attending an event. It's about building friendships, sharing experiences, encouraging one another, and creating opportunities to continue serving and leading in our communities. Whether someone recently transitioned from military service, is new to Arizona, or simply wants to connect with other women who understand their journey, we want them to know they have a place here.
This grant will help us reach more women veterans by strengthening the tools that connect them to our community, resources, and opportunities to engage.
