A lot of women veterans are used to being the strong one. The one who handles things. The one who doesn't always ask for help.

But that doesn't mean it's not heavy sometimes. And it doesn't mean you have to carry it alone.

Our Women Veterans Virtual Support Group is a space where you don't have to explain your experiences to be understood. It's peer-led by people who get it, confidential and judgment-free, and a place you can just show up, even if you don't feel like talking.

Here's what it looks like:
