West Valley Women Veterans is heading to Scottsdale for a no-cost hands-on self-defense workshop with One Ten Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy!
Whether you've always wanted to try self-defense or have absolutely no idea what you're doing, this workshop is for you. Come learn practical skills, try something different, and spend the afternoon with other women veterans in a fun, supportive environment.
