Stronger Together

Military service may be what first connects us, but community is what keeps us connected.

West Valley Women Veterans exists to ensure every woman veteran has a place to belong, and a community built on friendship, service, leadership, and shared experiences. We believe that the transition from military service shouldn't mean leaving behind the camaraderie, purpose, and support that so many women found while serving.

Today, we continue that mission by creating opportunities for women veterans to build lasting relationships, discover new opportunities, serve their communities, and thrive together.

Our Vision

We envision a community where every woman veteran feels seen, valued, connected, and empowered to continue making a meaningful impact long after her military service has ended.

Our Mission

West Valley Women Veterans builds community among women who have served by fostering meaningful connections, celebrating military service, creating opportunities to continue serving, developing leaders, and connecting women veterans with resources that help them thrive beyond the military.

Meet our Founder.

Jessica Roza is a third-generation veteran, public affairs professional, and community advocate who founded West Valley Women Veterans to ensure no woman veteran has to navigate life after military service alone. Guided by a lifelong commitment to service and leadership, she is building a community where women veterans feel connected, valued, and empowered to continue making a meaningful impact.
